 It is simple if the customer wants to hire a Cook for their event or anything else he/she will go to your startup company website, application register themselves, and order a Cook for their need.

Here you can hire a cook initially then later you can introduce your registration system for cooks. 




  

So now you all set up it will be easier in initially but as be extend over master plan it will be to manage over payment system so we can do one thing taking payment hourly. This way we can distribute money to the Cook easily. 



Here you can set some percentage to that Cook 

 Example:- if from customers we earn 100$ so 40% will be of cook means 40$  you can change this value also but my opinion will do not give cook less then 30%.

You can introduce a rating system so it will be easy for customers to find the best cook. 

Can introduce category means this cook is best in making Mexican food, Indian food, etc 

you can introduce a waiter/butler  system so it will be helpful during events
